Milky Way Glow Over Mt Fuji ©2018 Janelle Orth
When photographing stars remember the 500 rule (formerly known as the 600 rule); take your lens mm size and divide by 500 (i.e. 500/24mm lens=20). The result is the maximum exposure time in seconds before the stars begin to stretch out from the Earth's movement. So for a 24mm lens, don't expose for longer than 20 seconds to get sharp star images. Japan
